SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Applicants should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 4 plus years experience. CPA preferred, but not required. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Strong knowledge of individual and business income tax laws.
  • Ability to prepare individual and business income tax returns.
  • Ability to plan and perform audits.
  • Experience with payroll and payroll tax returns is beneficial.
  • Ability to meet with individuals and small business owners for tax planning and preparation.
  • Advanced skill level using Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Mathematical, grammar, and composition skills.
  • Confidentiality of client and Firm information.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use discretion and judgement when making decisions based upon operating policies and procedures.
  • Attention to detail.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS (FULL AND PART-TIME)

Applicants should possess an AA in Business with 4 plus years of experience.  Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Above average knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines and postage machines)
  • Above average proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Notary or the ability to obtain within six months of employment
  • Able to work extended hours during the months of January through April.
